REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology word

WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY

It’s a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. These reflex points are believed to be connected to different organs and systems in the body, and by stimulating them, reflexology aims to promote healing and balance throughout the body.

During a reflexology session, a reflexologist will use a gentle touch to apply pressure to the reflex points on your feet, This stimulates energy and releases 'blockages' in specific reflex areas of the feet that correspond to pain or illness in the body.

Reflexology is based on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, and that by promoting relaxation and reducing stress, the body's natural healing abilities can be supported. It can also be used to support overall health and well-being, as well as help manage a range of health concerns.

Another great benefit of reflexology is that it is a safe and non-invasive therapy that can be used alongside conventional medical treatments.

I am dedicated to providing you with a high-quality, personalised reflexology service that is designed to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.

As an experienced reflexologist for over 20 years I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that you get the most out of your reflexology sessions, from basic relaxation sessions to targeted treatments for specific health concerns.
